PPM is terrific! We have been owner-clients for four years now, and PPM has been amazing! They find us great renters, they manage all aspects of our property so we sleep easy every night. They provide great service to our tenants too, especially during any emergencies. (We had an issue with the washing machine in our condo flooding - PPM was on top of it immediately and took care of our tenant and our property with kindness and speed, not to mention keeping costs under control.!) Recently, we received some information from our Condo Association, when I passed it back to Gloria at PPM, she had already handled it three months ago! PPM is on top of their game with great service to the owners and tenants. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company!

I love PPM! We have been with Professional Property Management for over 10 years. They are the best property management company we have ever used. I like their wonderful staff & how quickly they return my emails or calls. They handle everything we can just sit back & the collect funds which go directly into our bank account. Howard Beiles has put together a superb team of property managers, maintenance coordinators, leasing & marketing, property inspectors. Their 6-month property inspections are awesome. The PPM property inspectors are highly trained & pay attention to detail. The maintenance coordinators excel at solving any issue quickly, efficiently, economically. They have a "Preferred Contractors" list on their web site that has only the best & highly qualified contractors in the area. I have recommended PPM to all my friends & family. GREAT JOB PPM!

Howard and his team excel – it’s as simple as that. I am a property owner, living abroad, and as such need assurance that my property investment is being well attended. PPM fill that role in all aspects. They stepped into a complicated situation and quickly normalized things when my former property manager left me in the lurch. What a difference! PPM has demonstrated again and again what a property management company can and, most importantly, should do. PPM managed a property of mine for about three years and they were always professional and nice to work with. They identified good renters, made sure the property was kept in good condition, and took care of all requirements with the condo association. I didn't have to worry about the property at all. This is a great company to rent from! Every time something goes wrong they handle it quickly. For example, the light in our bedroom was broken and our screen door was not closing correctly, a polite gentlemen was there at our scheduled time and had everything fixed super quick. Excellent customer service! They answered all my questions with professional quality. It is wonderful to see this level of care these days

Very odd experience with this company. Some of what they said would be reflected in the lease for the tenants renting out property didn't make its way in there. So read the lease carefully even if you think you know what's in it.Second, they only managed my property for a few months and then sold or otherwise transitioned it to another management company in NOVA. Much like a mortgage company may sell your mortgage to another bank.Just an all-around odd experience.
