For rental properties that PPM will manage, it’s up to you. Real estate brokers/agents can list the property or leave it to PPM. Either way, PPM processes the applications, negotiates with the owner, applicants and broker/agent, prepares the lease and coordinates signing, handles utility transfer, inspects property, performs move-in orientation, disperses commissions and copy of lease to broker/agents. There is a $100 fee for these services, payable from the total leasing commission.
Yes. For properties that PPM doesn’t manage, brokers/agents list the property. PPM can process the Rental Application, run the credit report, verify employment and rental references for a $55 fee per applicant. PPM can also prepare the lease and provide it to you, ready to execute. As these services are typically part of the agent’s listing duties, PPM asks the agent for a fee of $250, which is deducted from the leasing commission paid to the realtor.
There is a fee of $55 per applicant for processing the Rental Application, running the credit report, verifying employment and rental references.
PPM strives to process an application within 24 hours of receipt. However, obtaining employment verification from HR departments, confirming rental history, and corresponding with property owners who are overseas may extend the processing time up to five business days.
