Rental Application and Processing
Have clients who want to rent a great property? Preview our Homes for Rent listings for all available PPM managed single family homes, townhouses and condos and follow the steps below to submit an application and expedite processing.
Step One: Pay Application Fee
A $50 fee is required per applicant for PPM to process the Rental Application. For a married couple or two single people, the total fee is $100. We make getting started easy.
Please provide your contact, billing and payment information to get your Rental Application.
Step Two: Look for an Email from PPM and DocuSign
When you submit the $50 per person application fee, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us and an email from DocuSign with a link to our PPM Rental Application.
Step Three: Complete the PPM Rental Application
From your email that comes from DocuSign, click on the link to access your Rental Application. For application only and PPM managed homes, complete and submit the application online at your earliest convenience. You can save the application to review, edit or complete later.
The PPM application requires proof of income, including one or more of the following:
- Two most recent pay statements/stubs
- Last 2 years’ W2 form
- Last 2 years’ tax return and Schedule C if applicable
- Copy of LES and Military orders
With submission of a signed application, applicant agrees that PPM may check credit, contact current and past landlord and confirm proof of income. The realtor is responsible for getting the earnest money deposit to PPM.
Application processing usually takes one to five business days. Some property owners are overseas and a final decision may take longer.
