Step One:
Pay Application Fee

A $55 fee is required per applicant for PPM to process the Rental Application. For a married couple or two single people, the total application processing fee is $110.

When you sign and submit your application, you agree that PPM may check your credit, contact your last landlord and confirm proof of your income.
