We Use DocuSign to Protect Your Information
Your PPM Rental Application comes to you via DocuSign®, a worldwide leader in signing, sending and managing documents on any device with confidence. DocuSign is the trusted way to keep your information safe and secure.
From the DocuSign email, click on the link to access your Application when you’re ready to fill it out. On-screen prompts walk you through the fields and form.
For married or two single people applying, DocuSign will email the Rental Application link to “Applicant 1” – the first person listed on the information form. Once Applicant 1 enters his/her part and submits it, DocuSign sends the partially filled out Application to Applicant 2 to finish.
When your Rental Application is fully completed, DocuSign sends it to us. We go right to work. Processing usually takes one to five business days. Some PPM homeowners are overseas and a final decision may take longer. We will contact you with a decision as soon as possible.
